These terms apply to The Doc Connect and to the practice websites it serves.
What this platform is
The Doc Connect is software used by independent clinics and by the licensed physicians who review prescription requests. It is not a medical provider and it does not practise medicine. Clinical decisions are made by licensed clinicians, not by us and not by the software.
Not for emergencies
Do not use this platform for a medical emergency. Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has used them. Every sign-in is recorded. Accounts may be suspended for misuse or for anything that puts another person's information at risk.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access information belonging to anybody else, interfere with the service, or use it to break the law.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available and publish its current state at status.thedocconnect.com. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
