- To know who your information has been disclosed to.
- To have it kept private, as set out in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Your money
- To an explanation of what you are being charged.
- To a good faith estimate before care, as set out under the No Surprises Act.
Complaining
Tell us and we will look at it. Complaining will never affect the care you receive.
