Two ways onto the platform

Both come with the compliance work done, a physician partner who reviews and signs, and a pharmacy already on file. The difference is how much of it is shaped around your practice.

Starter

A practice getting set up on compliant prescribing.

Professional

In both plans, whichever you pick

The compliance work, done

The agreements, the encryption and the access control are ours to hold rather than yours to arrange. You are prescribing on infrastructure built for it.

A physician who reviews and signs

Every prescription goes to a licensed reviewer before it goes anywhere else. You write it, they sign it, and the pharmacy receives it.

A pharmacy already on file

No pharmacy for a client to choose and nothing for you to set up. It is on their record from the start and every script is tracked to filled.

A client portal under your name

Your clients sign in, message you and send what you asked for on a page that belongs to your practice, not to a platform they have never heard of.

A record that answers questions

Who did what, when, and to whose file. Kept so that being asked about it years later is a query rather than a problem.

A team, not a login

Your staff get their own accounts with their own access, so nobody is sharing a password to do their job.

What happens after you choose

1

Apply

A short form about your practice and what you prescribe. No card, and nothing to sign yet.

2

We verify you

We check your practice and your licensing by hand. It is the step that lets us stand behind everyone on the platform.

3

Set up your account

Once you are approved you build your site, add your team and set your services.

4

Write your first script

It reaches a reviewing physician, gets signed, and goes to the pharmacy on your client's file.

Questions this raises

Yes. A plan is a record of which one you are on rather than a rebuild, so changing it closes one and opens the next. Your site, your clients, your team and your records are untouched by it.
Three on Starter, counting you. Professional has no limit. Everyone gets their own account with their own access rather than sharing one, and an invitation that has not been accepted yet still holds its place.
Up to a hundred on Starter, and no limit on Professional. Client records are the same on both: the plan changes how many, not what you can do with them.
No, and you can have one on either plan. Every practice gets a site straight away on an address of ours, and connecting a domain you own is a setting rather than an upgrade.
Starter gives you the platform site with your name, your logo and your services on it. Professional is that shaped around how your practice actually works, alongside custom products and services and the marketing tools to put in front of people. It is the reason that tier is a conversation rather than a number.
