Role Overview:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Orange County team. In this hourly position, you will take ownership of overseeing key initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our company’s strategic goals. You will act as the central hub for cross-functional communication, managing day-to-day workflows, tracking progress, and resolving bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create detailed, actionable project plans and schedules.
- Team Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Workflow Management: Oversee daily task assignments and track team progress using project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
- Budget & Resource Tracking: Monitor hourly project budgets, manage resource allocation, and ensure projects remain cost-effective.
- Risk Mitigation: Anticipate potential roadblocks, develop contingency plans, and proactively solve problems to keep projects moving forward.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership on key milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 2–4+ years of proven experience in project management, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification is a strong plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern project management tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and present updates clearly.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
- Location: Must be located in or able to commute to our office in Orange County, CA.
