Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy, build our brand awareness, and drive client/customer acquisition. In this high-impact role, you will oversee all multi-channel marketing initiatives—from digital performance marketing and content strategy to brand positioning and event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals and revenue targets.
- Brand & Campaign Management: Oversee all inbound and outbound marketing campaigns across email, paid media, search, social, and direct channels.
- Digital Marketing & Growth: Lead digital acquisition strategies (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Content Marketing, and Lead Nurturing workflows).
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track, measure, and report on key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rates) to continuously optimize performance.
- Team & Agency Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage internal marketing staff, copywriters, designers, and third-party agencies/contractors.
- Market & Competitor Research: Identify industry trends, target audience demographics, and competitive advantages to position The Doc Connect effectively.
- Budget Management: Manage the overall marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 5–7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management role (Healthcare, B2B, or Tech/SaaS experience is a major plus).
- Proven Track Record: History of successfully designing and scaling cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, and ad management suites (Meta, Google Ads).
- Leadership & Communication: Outstanding leadership skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to articulate strategy clearly to executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred, but experience is king).
- Location: Based in or able to commute to our office in Orange County, CA.
